At WaterPointe Pools we take great pride in the projects we complete! Should you ever have issues with your pool/spa, here are the steps to take in order to resolve them:

Send us an email if you have any of the following concerns in the first year:

  • Equipment Issues
  • Plaster Issues
  • Workmanship Issues
  • Gunite Issues



After year one if you have issues with your plaster or gunite, please contact the providers. You should have received these warranty documents at the completion of your project. Both the gunite and plaster companies are excellent when it comes to customer service. Please let us know if you have challenges getting your issue resolved.

Send us an email if within the first 3 years you have issues with your equipment.

After your project has been completed for 3 years, you must contact the equipment provider directly. We typically use all Pentair equipment. They have over 400 warranty stations in the greater Houston area so your concerns should be handled in a timely manner. Please let us know if it is not......
