Full Remodel (replacement of equipment, decking, coping, waterline tile, and re-plaster)
Yes, absolutely!
Fence height and closing latch requirements vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction but typically the pool must be enclosed by a 4' minimum height fence with a self-closing, outward swinging gate with the latch at a minimum height of 54". If your fence does not meet these requirements, WaterPointe Pools can work with you to add fencing, or remodel/retro your existing fence to meet the local requirements.
A typical pool construction project will take approximately 6 to 8 weeks. More involved projects may take longer.
VERY. I meet with the customer to determine needs, wants, size, placement, etc. and then put a custom design together.
This depends on easements and how close to the house we can build, but we have built pools in some really small spaces!
Our crews work on weekdays typically, but we sometimes work on weekends if the weather doesn't cooperate. Most crews start about 8 and end at 6, but plaster and gunite crews tend to start very early sometimes before 6AM. Most crews are quiet, but gunite, plaster and sometimes tile and coping can get a bit noisy.
We have a dedicated project manager for all of our projects.
Pools, spas, covered patios, outdoor kitchens and the like may indeed increase your property value to some extent, but building these items shouldn't be viewed as a way to increase property value, they are more so an investment in fun and family! Even if they don't increase property value, however, they could attract an increased number of potential buyers when do you decide to sell your home.
